At time of purchase, you can choose the shipping method that best fits your needs: Economy, Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day.

Can I specify the shipping carrier?
It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. PetSuppliesNow.com uses a variety of carriers for each shipping method and chooses the one most appropriate for your specific address. In regards to 2nd Day or Next Day shipping, we will use either air or ground shipping methods, depending on which is best suited to deliver your items within the promised time frame.

Why do Next Day and 2nd Day deliveries sometimes take longer than that to arrive?
For Next Day and 2nd Day options, orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be shipped out on the following business day. Next Day packages should arrive by the end of the first full business day after shipment, and 2nd Day packages should arrive on the second full business day after shipment. Shipment times may vary and can be affected by factors outside of the scope of PetSuppliesNow.com. Placing your order very late in the day, after the shipping service provider has picked up the last shipment, is one factor that can affect the rate of shipping.

  • Economy and ground shipping is available to the 48 states of the contiguous United States.
  • Next Day and 2nd Day shipments are available to all 50 states. An additional charge is required for Alaska and Hawaii. Please see our Shipping page for further details.

How do I report a damaged, defective or incorrect product?
